I will never ever forget that day or where I was and what I was doing. Had just arrived at work and someone had the TV on in the kitchen and I watched as the second tower was hit. It was just unbelievable, like this just could not really be happening. I immediately remember just checking in with all of my loved ones, you just felt like you needed to be near them. This was the day that our country was changed forever. I remember just going home and watching the news for hours. Today I just pray for all the families that were affected. The children who lost a parent or the parents who lost a child. The ones who lost their spouse. For the brave that stood up on Flight 93. Thank you for all the firefighters, police officers, health care workers, volunteers, who worked so hard. Thank you for all the soldiers who fought and are still fighting for our country today. May God Bless all of them. I am so thankful for my country and my freedom!!
