December has almost come and gone....REALLY?!?!

I haven't posted since the first of December so this will definitely be a catch up post!! We have been so busy as usual but having lots of fun!!

We have been playing lots of basketball with an undefeated season so far...only one game left and then it will be tournament time!! My little man is 33 there dribbling the ball... he has improved so much since his first season of basketball last year and has loved it!!

got a new Christmas tree this year and I love it!! I wanted a 9 ft slim instead of my 7.5 ft big tree...i love.love.love it!!
Sam started his lego advent calendar to count down the days till Christmas and our elf dasher made his grand appearance again for the 3rd year (sorry no pics of dasher :)
we took a weekend getaway to nashville and spent the night at the opryland hotel!! this was at the rockettes at the grand ole opry...it was a wonderful show, you weren't supposed to take pics but I had to sneak one of this beautiful nativity....it was just beautiful...the best part of the show for sure!!


saw the "real" santa while we were there!! sam has seen this santa every year for the past 3 years!!
played at ICE!! and can i just say we FROZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZE! "Santa Claus is Comin to Town"

This was the best trip!! We had a blast!! Thanks to my aunt Judy...it was our Christmas present from her and we loved it!!

on to Christmas fun at school!! this was polar express day...which meant wear your p.j.s to school, bring a pillow, blanket & stuffed animal!! they read & watched polar express, had hot chocolate. train cookies, popcorn and played games... fun times for sure!

and I think this brings me up to date!! whew!! what a relief!! I have been putting that post off for a while just because I had let myself get SO behind!!

Now to enjoy Christmas break with My2BoYs!! Im so excited....

Looks like y'all have had a great month! I always love looking at all your baked goodies & I love the tickets you put on them! Opryland...that's a wonderful Christmas present! That's just the kind of snow I like. Play in it & leave it behind :) Merry Christmas!
